We work in partnership with our tenants to deliver for them the best examples of their store propositions, both in our existing assets as well as working together with them up front on new acquisitions. We therefore ensure that we can deliver new stores or redevelop and refurbish existing spaces to meet our tenants’ changing and evolving requirements. With many of our tenants being present in several of our buildings, the strength of our relationships is enhanced across our managed portfolios.
