Bruton Capital advises a number of private investment vehicles across different strategies with a principal focus on retail investment.
Retail focused, opportunistic capital
This strategy targets investments of between €5m to €25m in assets with shorter dated leases and with repositioning, refurbishment or redevelopment potential.
Retail focused, core capital
This strategy targets investments of between €5m to €25m in assets with a weighted average lease life in excess of 10 years to strong, established retail tenants. This can include investments which are created by us in our own opportunistic capital funds and then transferred into our core vehicles.
Diversified small retail strategy
This vehicle combines an opportunistic to core strategy focusing on single tenant retail properties in lot sizes of €1m to €5m. Shorter dated leased properties are acquired with a view to refurbishment and/or lease re-gearing. The strategy allows access to a diversified small lot size portfolio without the significant investment in time and resources required to assemble it themselves.
Other opportunistic investments
Bruton Capital also manages a number of standalone investments outside of these strategies in the retail, commercial and residential sectors on a case by case basis for selected investors.
